You will coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery, manage workflows in HubSpot, and collaborate with Commercial, Customer Success, Ad Operations, and Product teams to drive efficiency and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong project coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ticketing or workflow systems (HubSpot a plus).
• Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising platforms is advantageous.
• Proactive, solution-driven mindset with good time management.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, newsletters, listings, and email marketing.
• Manage campaign workflows, tracking, and ticketing in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Success Managers, Ad Operations, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Review incoming campaign requests for accuracy, approval, and processing.
• Track campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Facilitate content collection, asset coordination, and readiness of campaign materials.
• Monitor campaign progress and provide updates, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Identify and upscale issues, while supporting process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
