Role Description

As a Digital Ads Specialist / CSR, you will support customers and businesses with digital advertising concerns, campaign-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and account assistance. This role is perfect for candidates with experience in customer support, technical support, digital marketing, or digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with digital advertising concerns and account inquiries
• Provide customer and technical support through different communication channels
• Troubleshoot ad-related issues and provide timely resolutions
• Support campaign management and digital marketing concerns
• Ensure excellent customer experience and service quality
• Maintain professionalism and accuracy in every interaction

Qualifications

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS / Senior High School Graduate / College Graduate

At least 2 years CSR or TSR experience

OR

At least 6 months experience in Digital Ads, Content Moderation, Digital Marketing, or Digital Sales

Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig

Amenable to shifting schedules
