Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 2 years BPO experience for CSR or tech support, or at least 6 months in digital advertising/content moderation.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with digital advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
