This opportunity is designed for candidates who understand digital marketing and want to apply their knowledge in a customer service role supporting a Tech & Consumer account.
Position: Customer Service Representative - Digital Ads Marketing
This is a CSR position, not a traditional Digital Marketing Specialist role.
Your digital marketing background is important because you will support customers who use or interact with digital advertising products, platforms, and services.
As a Customer Service Representative – Digital Ads Marketing Account, you will provide professional assistance to customers regarding digital advertising-related concerns.
You may handle inquiries involving:
- Digital advertising accounts
- Advertising campaigns
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Campaign settings
- Audience targeting
- Advertising-related tools
- Account concerns
- Basic campaign troubleshooting
The goal is to provide customers with clear, accurate, and helpful support while following the account's procedures and quality standards.
Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience in one or more of these areas:
Experience managing, supporting, or working with online advertisements.
Experience with paid search, keywords, campaigns, budgets, bidding, or performance monitoring.
Experience with Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, or Meta Ads Manager.
