Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a pharma sales professional in Metro Manila to drive territory growth by selling to pharmacists and healthcare providers. You will leverage CRM tools, maintain records, and pursue new business while delivering value through services and solutions.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, educating customers on product features and clinical efficacy, coordinating events, and reporting adverse events per guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
• Ability to learn about products and describe them to pharmacists.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Possess own vehicle and driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Delivers profitability by selling and providing services to customers using organization tools to meet pharmaceutical demands.
• Maximizes sales growth using knowledge of therapeutic disciplines to secure repeat business.
• Targets, promotes, and sells specialized products; achieves sales targets; maintains customer records.
• Educate target audience on features and benefits to increase prescriptions.
• Achieve assigned activity goals and targets for the territory as agreed with the reporting manager.
• Coordinate group events related to speciality area to optimize business and comply with country legislation.
• Keep Line Manager informed about competitor activities and market changes.
• Attend training courses to deepen knowledge and report adverse events per guidelines.
• Maintain professional company image and act in accordance with industry codes.
