Job summary

IQVIA is hiring for a hospital pharma sales role in Metro Manila (Makati area). The position focuses on engaging pharmacists and doctors, expanding hospital formulary access, and driving sales through the pharmacy dispensing channel.

• Track record of meeting sales quotas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driving license with a personal car provides additional allowance.

Job description

You will be assigned to one of the territories below: Manila Muntinlupa, Pasay, Las Pinas, Paranaque Quezon City Makati

Required Experience

• Relevant pharma and/or biosimilar medical sales experience
• Experience in hospital account management
• Experience in driving hospital formulary inclusion and engaging key hospital stakeholders
• Experience with pharmacy dispensing sales channel
• Track record of successfully meeting sales quota
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to pharmacists and doctors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in cardiometabolic/diabetology therapy area will be an added advantage
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• High school specialist healthcare diploma, BSc/BA will be a plus
• Require Driving license with personal car will be receiving additional allowance
