Job summary

TechShake seeks a detail-oriented Company Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day bookkeeping for a Singapore-based company. You will handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger postings, ensuring accurate, complete records.

This full-time, office-based role includes a four-month probation. Upon regularization, one work-from-home day per week is available, subject to policy and approval.

Qualifications

• An associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Experience handling full-cycle bookkeeping or accounting functions is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable and perform bank reconciliations.
• Record General Ledger entries and assist with month-end close.
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
