Two Connect is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting and finance administration remotely from the Philippines. Responsibilities include accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and month-end activities with precise data entry.

The role requires 3+ years of bookkeeping, experience with Xero or QuickBooks, and strong English communication. You will join a remote team serving international clients and enjoy a work-from-home setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Experience with Xero or QuickBooks is highly regarded.
• Experience supporting month-end activities and financial reporting.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks and maintain financial records.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, invoice processing and payments.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare routine financial reports and supporting schedules for review.
