IESASP is seeking an accounting professional to manage daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The role covers AR/AP, fixed assets, inventory, tax matters, and audit coordination across entities.
The ideal candidate holds an accounting/finance degree, is proficient in accounting software and Excel, and can work independently to meet deadlines. Prior audit and tax experience is advantageous.
Handle daily operational bookkeeping for company transactions
Review and process staff expense reimbursement claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and proper documentation
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and petty cash verification
Maintain and reconcile ledger accounts, including fixed assets, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), inventory, and investments
Manage corporate tax filings, annual tax clearance, and employee personal tax matters
Support annual audit processes, including preparation of financial statements and liaising with auditors
Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement)
Organize and maintain proper filing of financial records and supporting documents
Conduct intercompany, vendor, and customer reconciliations on a monthly and year-end basis
Perform annual inventory counts (if applicable)
Provide financial analysis reports as required by management
Assist with ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks
Prepare consolidated financial statements and coordinate with subsidiaries
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Familiar with Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Prior experience in handling audit and tax matters is an advantage
