Job summary

Accent Micro Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support professional to provide on-site technical support, troubleshoot PC and laptop issues, and ensure smooth daily IT operations for end users at our BGC and Bridgetowne locations in Taguig, Philippines.

The ideal candidate will handle on-site support, hardware/software diagnostics, OS maintenance, and user training, while coordinating with IT teams to keep systems up and running.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of IT onsite support/service desk experience.
• Strong PC and laptop troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in applications monitoring and support.
• Good logic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
