Dimension All Group is seeking an IT Administrator to manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and end-user needs. The role requires night shifts and onsite work at BGC, with a focus on reliable operation of systems and security.
You will provide hands-on IT support, configure desktops and devices, manage user accounts, monitor networks, perform security patches, and document procedures. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Administrator to manage and support the company's IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and end-user support. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain network and system security. This role requires working night shift and reporting onsite in BGC.
Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, printers, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, operating systems, and business applications.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across company systems.
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, and VPN access.
Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, and security patching.
Configure, deploy, and maintain IT equipment, including computers, printers, monitors, and peripherals.
Assist in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity best practices, including antivirus, endpoint protection, and data backups.
Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of hardware and software.
Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for IT-related concerns.
Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Respond to system outages and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
Perform other IT administrative duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience as an IT Administrator, IT Support, System Administrator, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
Experience supporting LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic network administration.
Familiarity with backup and recovery processes, cybersecurity practices, and endpoint management.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
Willing to work night shift.
Willing to work onsite in BGC.
