Job summary

Workplace in Pasay City is seeking a results-driven Digital Sales and Data Manager to lead sales growth, data-driven campaigns and CRM performance for global clients. The role blends sales leadership with analytics to optimise lead generation, conversion, and revenue.

You will manage the sales team, develop B2B opportunities, maintain data integrity in CRM (Apollo/Outreach) and collaborate with Marketing and Operations to drive international business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with lead generation, client acquisition, and conversion optimisation.
• Skilled in analysing digital campaigns, web analytics, and sales performance data.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, organised, and focused on continuous improvement.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Apollo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
• Facilities management or professional services experience is advantageous.
• Experience working with UK, Australian, or international clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and lead generation strategies.
• Lead and coach the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities.
• Manage, cleanse, maintain and report on new and current data
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and conversion performance.
• Analyse sales, marketing, and campaign data to drive improvements.
• Monitor key metrics including lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimise acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to support business growth.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights for management.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and utilise tools such as Apollo and Outreach.
