Job summary

NCS Philippines is seeking a Process Engineer to standardize and streamline delivery processes across IT projects, software development, and support functions. You will collaborate with PMO, QA, and Development to ensure adherence to best practices and international standards.

You will drive templates, templates repository, and ongoing process improvements, while producing consolidated monthly portfolio reports and conducting audits to ensure compliance and readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 2–4+ years in a similar process engineering/IT governance role.
• Experience implementing ITIL, ISO, or Lean Six Sigma standards.
• Experience in data visualization and data analytics.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle, Agile, and audit cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop IT Project Standards guide with PMO and teams.
• Create templates and repository for project managers.
• Standardize processes across projects and publish best practices.
• Run process training and onboarding for new hires.
• Prepare monthly portfolio reports and dashboards.
• Conduct delivery reviews and audits against standards.
