Job summary

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Process Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications for new systems, enhancements, and digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements, validate business needs, and ensure alignment between operations and systems.
• Serve as liaison between end-users and technical teams to facilitate communication and resolve process-related concerns.
• Evaluate existing processes and digital touchpoints, designing improvements to boost efficiency and user experience.
• Conduct QA and user acceptance testing for system developments and UI/UX designs to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Prepare project documentation including user stories, test cases, and process docs.
• Monitor progress, provide status updates, and support timely delivery while researching industry trends.
