Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Delivery Lead Manager to head the Service Delivery Operations team in a hybrid work setup. You will lead, mentor and develop staff, oversee multiple projects, and ensure core client processes are delivered with quality.

Experience in Life Insurance and strong leadership are essential for success in this role. The role emphasizes strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing process improvements to meet client expectations and business

Competenze

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in Service Delivery.
• At least 5 years leadership experience.
• At least 2 years Life Insurance experience.

Mansioni

• Manage and develop the Service Delivery Operations team.
• Responsible for career management of service delivery operations staff (e.g. training, engagement, mentoring, succession planning and annual performance process).
• Lead and oversee multiple projects and help prioritize workload based on urgency, client expectations and business needs.
• Provide consultative solutions for Client’s Individual Life best practices and ensure details are understood so that our administrative processes and system(s) are established correctly.
• Implement full adherence to existing tools used to measure performance (Productivity; Efficiency; Quality; Attendance; etc.).
• Coaches team members on proper handling of transactions.
• Executes career development plans for direct reports.
