Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager for Insurance to lead transformation initiatives for global clients in Manila. You will drive complex insurance programs across claims, distribution, policy and customer service, while collaborating with senior leaders to win new business and deliver programs end-to-end.

The role requires 9–18 years of insurance experience, strong consulting acumen, and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 9–18 years of work experience in Insurance projects (Group/Individual).
• Industry certifications such as FLMI, ALMI, CPCU, AINS, FIII are desirable.
• International work experience, and/or transferable work permit for countries like US or UK, would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently drive Insurance projects spanning areas such as claims transformation, distribution and marketing transformation, cost reduction, digital transformation, tech/ ops transformation, applied intelligence, analytics, automation and so on.
• Actively engage on business development opportunities and RFIs/RFPs to win new business for Accenture
• Navigate through a dynamic environment and effectively lead multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Harness your extensive knowledge to co-create assets and accelerators that will help deliver work or bring in new work to Accenture.
• Empower your teams with the necessary strategies and tools to ensure high performance in their engagements
• Engage with senior management as part of go to market team and assists in sales and project delivery
