SPi Global (now Straive) is seeking a Delivery Assurance Analyst to standardize and streamline business processes, implement new workflows and modern tech, and partner with Operations units. The role emphasizes process auditing, documentation, and QMS/ISO compliance to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate holds a 4- or 5-year degree (Business or Engineering), 2–3 years in BPO/KPO/IT services, and a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, with strong RCA, QMS, and BPMN documentation skills.

Formación

• Graduate of a 4- or 5-year course (preferably Business or Engineering).
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar capacity, ideally within the BPO/KPO/IT services industry.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt.
• Strong background in Business Process Reengineering, Quality Management Systems (QMS), Six Sigma methodologies, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience creating standard process documentation like BPMN workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate production floor systems, programs, and project management setups through process auditing to identify alternative courses of action.
• Document current-state business processes—including process maps, business rules, and risk controls—to design optimized future-state workflows.
• Review and analyze corrective actions, preventive measures, and audit findings to ensure strict compliance with internal policies and QMS/ISO standards
