Qualifications

• 0-1 year of sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Candidates with credit card sales, telemarketing, telesales, or high-volume cold-calling experience are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Delegate Acquisition: Connect with senior executives to secure attendance at our international summits.
• Corporate Outreach: Conduct B2B sales outreach through cold calling, professional networking, and email campaigns.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective delegates and ensure a premium experience from initial contact through to the event.
• Sponsor outreach: Identify and approach potential sponsors and corporate partners.
• Present sponsorship opportunities and negotiate commercial partnerships.
• Achieve delegate acquisition and sponsorship revenue targets.
