Job summary

Argus Media Group is seeking a results-driven sales professional to own delegate revenue across a portfolio of conferences. You will drive new business, nurture relationships with senior decision-makers and collaborate with Marketing, Editorial and Event Operations to grow attendance.

We value a hunter mentality, CRM expertise (Salesforce ideal), and a track record of meeting revenue targets in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment. This role is based in Manila, with global event exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience in delegate sales and B2B sales with target-driven results.
• Strong CRM and forecasting skills with Salesforce or similar.
• Excellent communication and negotiation, able to engage senior stakeholders.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Ability to manage multiple conferences and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Proficient in MS Office and data-driven selling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Own delegate revenue delivery across a portfolio of conferences and exceed targets.
• Drive new business acquisition and delegate retention through outbound sales.
• Develop market understanding and deliver consultative sales conversations.
• Identify and engage senior decision-makers via targeted prospecting and calls.
• Maintain CRM with accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility.
