Job summary

BYD Philippines Corp. is seeking a qualified Sales Training professional to design and deliver impactful programs aimed at boosting dealer performance, customer experience, and business growth.

You will empower sales teams with product knowledge, consultative selling, and digital selling tools while measuring impact through KPIs and customer feedback. The role involves collaborating with dealer leadership to rollout training across the dealership network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales training or frontline sales experience, automotive or premium retail preferred
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills with ability to engage diverse learner groups
• Strong understanding of sales processes, customer journey, and digital sales tools

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver sales training programs onboarding new dealers and strengthening customer engagement
• Customize modules to address dealer needs and performance gaps
• Align training with KPIs like lead conversion, sales volumes, and NPS; use role-plays and simulations for skill application
• Collaborate with dealer management to identify capability needs and ensure program rollout across dealerships
• Evaluate program impact using knowledge checks, sales data, and feedback for continuous improvement
• Perform other duties as assigned
