Job summary

Suzuki Auto Tagum - Sales Department is seeking a capable Sales Operations Supervisor to oversee the dealership's sales and accessory operations, drive monthly targets, and lead a team of sales consultants.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of sales experience (automotive preferred), a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, basic leadership skills, KPI literacy, and strong written and verbal communication. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of sales experience, preferably automotive retail; real estate or insurance experience is acceptable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field.
• Has basic leadership skills; can understand KPIs as indicated by the company.
• Proficient with computer applications; use of Facebook Marketing; basic understanding of remarketing.
• Able to write business letters/emails.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-oriented; must have a driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sales operation of the assigned dealership to produce monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Oversee the sales operation of accessories for brand new vehicles.
• Maintain productivity of sales consultants to meet monthly targets (leads, appointments, test drives, credit apps, deposits, vehicle release).
• Oversee and implement SC productivity and training, including driver’s license readiness.
• Oversee Sales/Brand Building activity with social media updates and market communications.
• Oversee digital marketing activities from Facebook pages and 3rd party lead gen; remarketing and monitoring.
• Create, augment, and maintain dealership lead database and related activities.
• Oversee care and management of vehicle inventory including aging categories (1-30 days healthy, 31-60 fair, 61-90 critical, 91+ unacceptable).
• Submit general prospecting and Mancom reports; present reviews of sales and market activity.
• General troubleshooting.
