Job summary

MG Pangasinan - Sales Department is seeking a capable sales supervisor to oversee dealership operations and drive monthly targets. You will manage sales consultants, drive new-vehicle accessories sales, and lead digital marketing efforts to maximize leads and conversions.

The role requires at least 2 years in sales (automotive retail preferred) and a bachelor's degree in a related field, plus strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience (preferably automotive retail; real estate; Insurance).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field.
• Has basic leadership skills; can understand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Proficient with computer applications; use of Facebook Marketing; basic understanding of remarketing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sales operation of the assigned dealership to produce monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Oversee the sales operation of accessories for brand new vehicles.
• Maintain productivity of sales consultants to meet monthly targets (leads, appointments, test drives, credit apps, deposits, approvals).
• Oversee and implement SC productivity as per contract; provide training and skill-building.
• Oversee Sales/Brand Building activities and social media updates to the market.
• Oversee digital marketing activities including leads from Facebook pages, third-party lead gen, and remarketing.
• Create and maintain the dealership lead database and related activities to tap this market.
• Oversee vehicle inventory care and aging levels (1-30 healthy, 31-60 fair, 61-90 critical, 91+ unacceptable).
• Submit general prospecting reports to VP-Operations with orders, closing schedules and productivity sheets.
• Submit Mancom reports reviewing sales and marketing activity, productivity, market analysis, and recommendations.
• Provide general troubleshooting.
