Job summary

SUZUKI ILOILO is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee the dealership's sales operations and drive monthly targets for both vehicle sales and accessories.

The role emphasizes leadership of sales consultants, digital marketing, and KPI-driven performance, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining inventory health.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in sales, a business/marketing degree, and a valid driver's license, and will report to the VP-Operations.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum sales experience; automotive retail preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field.
• Basic leadership skills; understands KPIs.
• Proficient with computer applications; Facebook Marketing and remarketing experience.
• Able to write business letters and emails.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-oriented; must have a driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the dealership sales operations to meet monthly targets.
• Oversee accessories sales for brand new vehicles.
• Maintain productivity of sales consultants (≥ 2 units/month or as required by SC level).
• Oversee SC productivity; training, skill-building, and licensing.
• Monitor and implement social media updates and market communications.
• Oversee digital marketing activities including Facebook leads and remarketing.
• Create and maintain the dealership lead database and tap this market.
• Care for and manage vehicle inventory and aging statuses.
• Submit a general prospecting report to VP-Operations with orders and productivity.
• Submit a Mancom report with sales, activity, and market analysis.
