Suzuki Auto General Santos - Sales Department is seeking a results-driven sales associate to drive internet and telemarketing sales. You will generate warm prospects, target a minimum of 2 unit sales, and leverage online platforms like Autodeal and ZigWheels.

The role offers a basic salary plus commissions, volume incentives, and seasonal bonuses, with eligibility for company-provided health benefits after a qualifying period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in outbound telemarketing is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Filipino; proficient with computer applications.
• Able to write business letters/emails.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Generate 10 warm prospects for every prospective sale (Show UP, Test Drive, Credit Application).
• Achieve minimum sales of 2 units.
• Maintain strong grasp of Internet Sales platforms and strategies.
• Salary includes a basic salary with statutory benefits.
