Suzuki Auto Tarlac - Sales Department in the Philippines seeks a Marketing Manager to drive car sales through effective marketing strategies and KPI-focused leadership.

You will monitor daily inquiries, lead weekly meetings, prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, and support Sales Consultants in achieving targets.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in sales (auto retail preferred), a bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Comm, and strong communications.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum of 2 years previous sales experience (preferably in automotive retail; real estate; insurance).
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field.
• Has basic leadership skills; can understand Key Performance Indicators as indicated by the company.
• Proficient with computer applications, use of Facebook Marketing; Basic understanding of remarketing.
• Able to write business letters/emails
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Result-Oriented; Must have a drivers license.

Responsabilités

• Provides marketing strategies for car sales.
• Monitoring of Sales Consultant daily inquiry report.
• Motivating Sales Consultant to achieve their target.
• Responsible to monitor the customers inquiry and concerns.
• Responsible to all Office Sales concern.
• Conducting Weekly Meeting and Sales Consultant concern when necessary or when deemed needed.
• Generating weekly and monthly sales report.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned as need arises.
