The Dealer Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and growing AGP Corporation's dealer and distributor network. The role serves as the primary point of contact between AGP and its accredited dealers of tire retreading materials, conveyor belt products, and related industrial supplies, ensuring dealer satisfaction, sales target attainment, and consistent brand representation.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard prospective dealers in line with AGP's dealership accreditation standards and territory coverage plan.
Manage day-to-day relationships with existing dealers, acting as the primary liaison for orders, product inquiries, pricing, and after-sales concerns.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by driving dealer sell-in and sell-out volumes for tire retreading materials and conveyor belt products.
Monitor dealer inventory levels, sales performance, and market coverage; recommend replenishment schedules and promotional support as needed.
Conduct regular dealer visits, business reviews, and site audits to assess compliance with AGP branding, merchandising, and service standards.
Coordinate with Logistics, Warehouse, and Accounting departments to ensure timely order fulfillment, delivery, and collection of dealer receivables.
Prepare and submit dealer performance reports, sales forecasts, and market intelligence to the Sales Manager.
Assist in resolving dealer complaints, product returns, and warranty claims.
Support the rollout of dealer incentive programs, promotions, and training sessions on product knowledge and selling techniques.
Maintain accurate and updated dealer records, contracts, and credit documentation in accordance with company policy.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
At least one (1) to two (2) years of relevant experience in dealer management, distributor sales, field sales, or key account handling.
Experience in automotive, tire, industrial rubber, or related distribution industries is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude and a relevant internship or on-the-job training background may be considered.
Willing to travel extensively within NCR to visit dealer locations and job sites.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with sales tracking or CRM tools is a plus.
