Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Automotive Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in automotive dealership operations, dealer development, sales, business development, or related field.
• Experience in dealer network development or automotive sales operations is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of automotive dealership operations, sales processes, and market development.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel to different dealership locations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to prepare business proposals, feasibility studies, reports, and presentations.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel, if required.
