Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 3–4 years of supervisory experience in Dealer Sales or similar sales environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coach and motivate the Dealer Sales Team to meet sales objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and identify new dealer accounts.
• Monitor dealer performance, inventory movement and market trends to improve sales and profitability.
• Analyze sales reports, forecasts and market data to identify opportunities and suggest corrective actions.
• Track competitors' activities and market developments to provide insights to management.
• Address escalated dealer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
