Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a proactive professional to develop and manage its dealer network across the Philippines. You will identify locations, onboard new dealers, and maintain accurate dealer records.

You will monitor CI compliance, coordinate inspections, and drive dealer performance initiatives while supporting cross-functional projects with internal teams. This role emphasizes documentation, coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying potential dealer locations for network expansion.
• Coordinate the accreditation and onboarding process of new dealers.
• Maintain an updated database of dealer information and profiles.
• Prepare documentation required for dealer appointments and renewals.
• Profiling and activating potential dealer partners.
• Monitor dealer compliance with corporate identity (CI) standards and operational requirements.
• Coordinate dealer facility inspections and audits.
• Track completion of dealer improvement action plans.
• Maintain records of dealer certifications and compliance reports.
• Coordinate dealership construction, renovation, and opening timelines.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding dealer development projects.
• Monitor project milestones and provide regular progress updates.
• Prepare reports on dealer performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor dealer sales, operational performance, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Assist in analyzing dealer performance data and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate dealer meetings, training sessions, and conferences.
• Process purchase requests, reimbursements, and departmental documentation.
• Maintain organized records and documentation related to dealer development activities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, Finance, Logistics, Legal, and Technical departments to support dealer-related activities.
• Ensure timely communication of company policies, programs, and announcements to dealer partners.
• Respond to dealer inquiries regarding development projects and operational requirements.
• Provide administrative assistance to dealers during onboarding and expansion activities.
• Support implementation of dealer incentive and development programs.
