Job summary

Coby Traders & General Merchandise is seeking a proactive sales professional to manage and grow our dealer network in the Philippines. You will build strong relationships with distributors, recruit new dealers, promote products, and drive sales targets across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.

You will coordinate with logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure timely deliveries, provide product training, and gather market feedback to inform strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
• Identify and recruit new dealers to expand market coverage.
• Promote and sell company products to assigned dealer accounts.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular dealer visits to monitor sales performance and strengthen customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate timely product deliveries.
• Monitor dealer inventory levels and recommend appropriate replenishment.
• Provide product training and sales support to dealers when necessary.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and after-sales issues promptly and professionally.
• Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and dealer performance analyses.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Participate in product launches, trade shows, promotional events, and marketing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and credit terms.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Manager.
