Responsibilities

• Identify the needs and goals of Dealers and come up with services and solutions that are tailored to their specific need.
• Conduct market research to understand the latest trends and shifts in the industry and identify competitor activities and adjust strategies if needed.
• Establish regular visit/communication with Dealers to gather feedback on their experiences and expectations. This will help in gathering insights that will be the basis of the BVL team in developing policies, procedures, or improving services.
• Ensure that CFFC's marketing materials are prominently displayed in the vicinity of the Dealer.
• Offer comprehensive marketing support and resources to empower Dealers in adeptly promoting their products and services through social media and other platforms where CFFC maintains a digital presence.
• Propose incentives and rewards program to Dealers and Agents for meeting sales targets and maintaining high service standards.
• Implement technology solutions that streamline operations and improve efficiency for Dealers (ie OAS implementation)
• Responsible for the solicitation of accounts, overseeing and cultivating relationship with the dealers in the area, and ensuring the attainment of a substantial market share.
• Identify new market opportunities, expanding the client base while fostering trust and loyalty among existing dealers. This involves coordinating marketing campaigns tailored to regional preferences and conducting regular training sessions for dealers to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Ensures quality loan portfolio through proper pre-screening of loan application, a comprehensive evaluation of collateraland effective account management.
• Responsible in addressing clients’ requests and concerns to meet client’s needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Propose specialized loan packages, engage in the cross‑selling of various CFFC products across diverse sources or channels.
• Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by an appropriate authority.
