Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee dealer recruitment and onboarding, expanding the network and strengthening relationships across the Philippines.

This role drives growth by acquiring new dealers, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring effective onboarding and training to enable dealer success. A four-year degree is preferred; for undergraduates with at least two years, two years of supervisory experience is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course; for undergraduates (at least 2 years) must have 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field.
• Mission-driven with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Relationship-builder who can influence, work independently or in teams, adapt under pressure, and is proficient in MS Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Lead dealer recruitment and onboarding to expand the network for Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc.
• Drive continuous growth by acquiring new dealers and increasing network reach.
• Build strong dealer relationships through consistent engagement and support.
• Facilitate onboarding, training, and development to ensure dealer success.
• Monitor KPIs and drive achievement of sales targets.
