Job summary

Execo is seeking a Deal Analyst to bridge Sales, Finance, and Legal, ensuring deal velocity and accurate SaaS contracts.

You will coordinate approvals, resolve Salesforce queues, support private offers on AWS, Azure, and GCP, and audit contract language with precision.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years as a Salesforce Administrator, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and can translate technical or legal requirements into actionable items for the Sales team.

• 3–5 years as a Salesforce Administrator with workflows and case management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Approvals: Act as the central contact to align Sales, Finance, and Legal on contract terms.
• Manage Salesforce Queues: Use your technical expertise to resolve case queues and keep the CRM running smoothly.
• Support Cloud Marketplaces: Help create and manage private offers on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Audit Contracts: Review documentation with high precision to ensure all language and data are correct before signing.
• Optimize Pipeline: Monitor the sales cycle to identify stalls and proactively push deals to the finish line.
