Execo Group Inc. is seeking a Deal Analyst to bridge Sales, Finance, and Legal, maintaining deal velocity by removing Salesforce bottlenecks and guiding complex SaaS contracts through the approval process.

You will orchestrate cross-functional collaboration, manage queue health in Salesforce, and audit agreements for precision before signing, while supporting cloud marketplace activities and quarterly surge periods.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as a Salesforce Administrator with workflows and case management.
• Ability to translate technical or legal requirements into clear action items for sales teams.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and adaptability to Slack and HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate approvals and align Sales, Finance, and Legal on contract terms.
• Manage Salesforce queues to resolve case queues and keep CRM running smoothly.
• Support cloud marketplaces by creating and managing private offers on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Audit contracts to ensure language and data are correct before signing.
• Monitor sales cycle and push deals toward completion.
