Job Description - Salesforce Sales Engagement Developer / Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, develop, and support Salesforce Sales Engagement capabilities.
• Configure and optimize Sales Cadences, Work Queues, Automated Actions, email/call activities, and productivity workflows.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce technical solutions.
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, and integrations as required.
• Partner with business, product, architecture, and integration teams to define solution designs and implementation approaches.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure performance, scalability, security, and Salesforce development best practices.
• Support testing, deployment, documentation, and post-production activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Sales Engagement.
• Experience configuring Sales Engagement Cadences, Work Queues, activity management, and automation.
• Strong Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and enterprise integration patterns.
• Good understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, data model, and deployment practices.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice.
• Experience integrating Service Cloud Voice with Amazon Connect/AWS services.
• Knowledge of Amazon S3 connectors/integrations, including storage and retrieval of call recordings or related interaction data.
• Familiarity with AWS services and Salesforce-AWS integration patterns.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant are preferred.
