Job summary

Execo in the Philippines is seeking a Deal Analyst to act as the operational bridge between Sales, Finance, and Legal. You will drive deal velocity by resolving Salesforce bottlenecks, managing approvals, and ensuring complex SaaS contracts move through the pipeline quickly and accurately.

You will coordinate approvals, manage Salesforce queues, and support private offers on cloud marketplaces while auditing contracts for precision and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as a Salesforce Administrator or equivalent
• Ability to translate technical or legal requirements into clear action items
• Detail-oriented with speed to thrive in fast-paced, end-of-quarter surges

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Approvals: align Sales, Finance, and Legal on contract terms
• Manage Salesforce Queues: resolve case queues and keep CRM running smoothly
• Support Cloud Marketplaces: create and manage private offers on AWS, Azure, GCP
• Audit Contracts: review documentation for language and data accuracy before signing
• Optimize Pipeline: monitor sales cycle and push deals to completion
