Job summary

Henkel Philippines is seeking a Dayforce System Consultant to strengthen our HR technology landscape across countries, ensuring Go-Live readiness, data integrity, and system reliability. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders to support upgrades and maintain performance.

You will participate in discovery, testing, data cutover, and reporting, while documenting processes and supporting integrations, with a hybrid setup in Ayala Avenue, Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud-based payroll systems (Dayforce, Workday, Oracle).
• Experience in project management for payroll and WFM.
• Proactive with strong issue resolution and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication for global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery sessions to understand country-specific requirements for Go-Live readiness.
• Support testing activities including deployment preparation, execution, and post-deployment validation.
• Assist in data cutover tasks during parallel runs and Go-Live with increasing ownership.
• Create, consolidate, and maintain standard and custom Dayforce reports with data accuracy and security.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide day-to-day support on usage and data integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, test solutions, and support upgrades and releases.
• Maintain technical documentation and monitor integrations (API Workbench/HR25) and configurations.
