Job summary

Dayforce is seeking a Solutions Specialist in the Philippines to support implementation projects and post-go-live optimizations. The role focuses on documenting requirements, leveraging best practices, and delivering scalable Dayforce configurations across modules. Remote work is supported anywhere in the Philippines.

The candidate will write SQL, work with XML/XSLT, and collaborate with product, development, and support teams to drive high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with SQL and an understanding of relational database systems.
• Familiarity with XML and XSLT is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Confirm, gather, understand and document customer requirements.
• Advise on options to address business needs using best practices.
• Write SQL to identify and fix data or configuration issues in the Dayforce instance.
• Troubleshoot and modify XML and XSLT code; manage project plans and timelines.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
