Henkel Philippines is seeking a Dayforce System Consultant to strengthen our HR technology landscape across countries, ensuring Go-Live readiness, data integrity, and system reliability. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders to support upgrades and maintain performance.
You will participate in discovery, testing, data cutover, and reporting, while documenting processes and supporting integrations, with a hybrid setup in Ayala Avenue, Makati.
The Dayforce System Consultant plays a critical role in strengthening our HR technology landscape and ensuring smooth, accurate, and compliant operations across multiple countries. You will be part of a collaborative HR Technology and Operations team that thrives on problem‑solving and continuous improvement. Working closely with HR, IT, and cross‑functional stakeholders, you will help ensure a seamless Go‑Live for new countries, maintain high‑quality system performance, and support key upgrades and enhancements. This position offers the opportunity to work across diverse HR processes, navigate complex country‑specific requirements, and help shape the future of our HR systems by ensuring data integrity, system reliability, and user confidence.
