Job summary

Eucalyptus in Manila is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to manage and optimise Dayforce across Core HR, Time & Attendance, and Payroll. You will work with our global People Technology team, handling queue-based tasks, audits, testing, and reliable configuration changes to keep the system accurate.

This role requires clear written communication, strong data integrity, and autonomy in a remote, distributed setup with early Manila shifts and overlap with North America.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of direct, hands‑on Dayforce administration experience.
• Strong expertise in reporting and data analysis within Dayforce.
• Experience supporting complex workforce environments (e.g., multi‑location, high‑volume, or multi‑entity).
• Excellent written communication in English for asynchronous collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Process standard Dayforce transactions from a work queue across core HR, timekeeping, and benefits.
• Configure and maintain Dayforce components within an established change-management framework.
• Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics for stakeholders.
• Safeguard data integrity through regular HRIS audits and data validation.
• Support payroll and timekeeping by reconciling data and running audits.
• Perform testing and UAT for system upgrades and new module rollouts.
• Monitor integrations and interfaces, triaging errors and documenting resolutions.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions under least-privilege principles.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation as a single source of truth.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating when needed.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to identify gaps and improvements.
• Uphold data privacy and security per applicable laws and policies.
