Job summary

Henkel Philippines is seeking a Workday HCM Specialist to ensure reliable operation and continuous improvement of Workday across APAC. You will bridge HR, IT, payroll, and finance, delivering hands-on support and data integrity in a regional, multinational context.

The role covers testing, releases, integrations, process automation, and stakeholder training, with a day shift and hybrid work at Ayala Avenue, Makati. A 3-year Workday background and Mandarin proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 3+ years hands-on Workday experience.
Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin (Chinese) required.
Experience with Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Learning, or Reporting.
Experience in HR data governance, integrations, data migrations, and UAT.

Responsibilities

Provide functional Workday support for APAC, serving as the go-to expert.
Support Workday modules including Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Learning, and Reporting.
Coordinate testing, UAT, releases, and post-implementation activities.
Monitor integrations with Payroll, Finance, and HR systems; coordinate issue resolution.
Identify opportunities to automate HR processes and Workday workflows.
Provide guidance and training to HR teams and stakeholders.
