Job summary

Henkel Philippines is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to deliver efficient, employee-focused HR services across the organization. This role partners with HRBPs, Payroll, and HR Systems to ensure compliant, data-driven HR processes and a high standard of service.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in HR Operations, strong HRIS experience (Workday/Dayforce), and a knack for process improvements within a multinational setting. Hybrid work model in Makati supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of HR Operations or HR Generalist experience.
• Experience with Workday/Dayforce or similar HRIS.
• Strong data accuracy, reporting and compliance capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Willing to work in Ayala Avenue, Makati with a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support Philippine HR teams in the administration and execution of HR processes and operational activities.
• Facilitate employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, movements, and offboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems including Workday and Dayforce.
• Prepare and process employment-related documentation such as contracts, amendments, and letters.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, HR Systems, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support HR reporting, record management, audits, and governance initiatives; identify opportunities for process improvements.
