Job summary

PETROPLAS TRADING INCORPORATED in Laguna is seeking a detail-oriented data encoder for our Logistics team. You will gather, validate, and maintain daily operational data from Warehouse and Distribution, and prepare reports and dashboards for management.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in data encoding or logistics, strong Excel skills, and solid communication. This role requires accuracy under pressure and a proactive approach to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Education: Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years in data encoding, logistics coordination, inventory monitoring, or data analysis.
• Technical: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and other data management tools
• Soft: Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills; High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling; Good communication and coordination skills.
• Adaptability: Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
