Responsibilities

• Update inventory records in real time to reflect stock availability, batch numbers, expiration dates, and storage locations.
• Ensure product detalls, including SKU numbers and batch, are correctly recorded.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies, shortages, or overstock to the warehouse supervisor.
• Assist in physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits to ensure accurate stock records.
• Record incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure documentation such as invoices, delivery receipts, and packing lists are correctly processed.
• Work closely with warehouse checkers, pickers, and supervisors to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports to warehouse management.
• Ensure proper documentation for returned, transferred, or rejected goods.
• May require working in shifts, weekends, or overtime based on operational demands.
