Job summary

S&P Global Market Intelligence in Islamabad, Pakistan is seeking an experienced Renewals Specialist to own end-to-end renewal processes, drive product adoption, and secure recurring revenue across a diverse portfolio.

You will cultivate customer relationships, collaborate with Core Account Managers to identify cross-sell opportunities, use data to monitor health and churn risk, and participate in ongoing training. You must work in-office at least 2 days per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role such as sales, renewals, or account management.
• Ability to manage a high-volume renewal portfolio with detail and discipline.
• Strong customer communication and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end renewal process for an assigned portfolio, ensuring timely completion and driving product adoption to secure recurring revenue.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships through regular engagement and understanding client goals.
• Partner with Core Account Managers and Sales Specialists to identify and execute cross-sell, upsell, and greenfield opportunities.
• Use data and analytics tools to monitor account health, detect churn risks, and improve forecast accuracy.
• Provide guidance to the team and support initiatives to deliver quality work and resolve non-routine issues.
• Actively participate in training to enhance product knowledge and renewal skills.
• All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
