Data Analytics Ventures, Inc. (DAVI) is the Gokongwei Group’s loyalty and data analytics company. It manages Go Rewards and drives consumer insights through data science to deliver rewarding experiences and fuel business growth.

As a member of the business development team, you will engage with advertisers across FMCG, travel, and hospitality sectors, aiming to exceed sales quotas and build strong client partnerships through data-powered solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 2-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas in advertising sales, digital media, or related industries.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of FMCG, travel and hospitality, food services, and/or digital media industries.

Responsibilities

• To be successful, you’ll need to: develop and manage client relationships; drive revenue growth; meet or exceed sales quotas; collaborate with marketing and product teams; negotiate deals effectively; communicate value to marketers.
