Data Analytics Ventures, Inc. (DAVI) is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to lead the Go Rewards loyalty program, uniting Marketing, Partnerships, Business Development, and Operations to drive sustained commercial growth in the Philippines.

You will shape the program value proposition, expand the partner ecosystem, and ensure world-class member experiences across physical and digital channels, reporting to the executive leadership of DAVI.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of senior leadership experience in marketing, commercial strategy, partnerships, or related functions.
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across marketing, partnerships, and business development.
• Strong background in partner relationship management within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience with loyalty program economics, including points-based value propositions, member engagement, and campaigns.
• Experience operating within loyalty, retail, financial services, or coalition program environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Go Rewards member experience, including program value proposition, rules, rewards, benefits, and loyalty mechanics.
• Drive measurable outcomes across member engagement, participation, retention, partner penetration, and overall program performance.
• Lead Go Rewards brand strategy, marketing initiatives, program communications, and member lifecycle engagement.
• Set and deliver commercial targets across Marketing, Partnerships, and Business Development, driving revenue and margin growth.
• Expand the Go Rewards partner ecosystem by identifying and securing new strategic partnerships and commercial opportunities.
• Lead partner relationship management, commercial negotiations, and business development initiatives to create new revenue streams.
• Oversee Member Care, Loyalty Program Operations, and Fraud & Risk functions to ensure service excellence, compliance, and a best-in-class member experience.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, PMO, and Business Intelligence teams to deliver world-class loyalty experiences across physical and digital channels.
• Build and lead a unified commercial organization with clear accountabilities, strong collaboration, and high-performance standards.
