What can you tell your friends when they ask what you do?
You're the person who makes sure Go Rewards shows up in the right places online, and actually makes people stop scrolling. You own the digital channels, social media, paid ads, SEO, and content — and the budgets and performance targets behind them, and you're responsible for making the program visible, relevant, and compelling to the millions of Filipinos who could be earning and redeeming points every day but aren't yet. You work at the intersection of creativity and data, using channel performance to sharpen what works, cut what doesn't, and squeeze more acquisition and engagement out of every peso spent. In a company that's committed to going digital-first, you're the one who makes that real.
Responsibilities – How will you do this?
Digital Channel Strategy and Ownership
- Own the strategy, execution, and performance of Go Rewards' digital marketing channels, including social media, paid digital advertising, SEO, and content marketing, ensuring all channels work together toward member growth and engagement goals.
- Develop and maintain a digital channel plan that is integrated with the broader marketing calendar, lifecycle campaigns, and partner promotional commitments.
- Define channel-specific KPIs and benchmarks, manage budgets and set performance targets across all digital channels, and hold accountability for channel performance against member acquisition, engagement, and retention, and cost-efficiency (CAC/ROI), targets.
Paid Digital Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, programmatic, and other relevant digital platforms, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and bid strategy.
- Facilitate media buying requirements across the organization
- Collaborate with the BD team on TTD (The Trade Desk) campaign execution and programmatic audience targeting, leveraging Go Rewards' first-party data to deliver measurable ROI for brand partners.
- Monitor campaign spend efficiency, continuously testing creative, audience, and placement variables to improve cost-per-acquisition and conversion rates.
- Seek out and test new digital channels and data-driven tactics to increase member acquisition and engagement, staying current on emerging performance marketing platforms and technologies.
- Own app store optimization (ASO) and work with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) to track install-to-conversion performance where relevant.
Social Media and Content
- Own the Go Rewards social media presence across all active platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels), including community building, setting the content strategy, publishing cadence, and community engagement standards.
- Brief the Creative team on content requirements with clear direction on messaging, format, channel specs, and performance objectives, reducing production time and revision cycles.
- Develop the overall tone, voice, and copy direction for key seasonal and always-on campaigns, working with Creative to bring it to life consistently across channels.
- Monitor social listening and platform analytics to surface member sentiment, trending topics, and content opportunities that inform both channel and program strategy.
SEO and Website
- Lead SEO strategy for the Go Rewards website, owning keyword planning, on-page optimization, and content gap identification in coordination with the Creative and Tech teams.
- Work with Product and Tech to ensure website content, landing pages, and campaign assets are optimized for discoverability and conversion, and that Marketing has appropriate autonomy to execute updates without bottlenecks.
- Track organic search performance and use insights to prioritize content investments and website improvements.
Analytics and Reporting
- Build and maintain a digital performance dashboard that gives the Head of Marketing and relevant stakeholders real-time visibility into channel metrics, campaign results, and audience growth trends.
- Conduct regular performance reviews across all digital channels, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations, not just reporting what happened.
- Drive a culture of experimentation, using A/B testing across channels to improve creative performance, audience targeting, campaign structure, and budget/channel allocation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with the Lifecycle Marketing and Campaign Manager to ensure digital channel activity is integrated with CRM journeys and member communications, avoiding contact fatigue and message conflicts.
- Work with the BD and Partnerships teams to amplify partner campaigns and co-branded promotions through paid and organic digital channels in a way that is consistent with Go Rewards' brand and member experience standards.
- Partner with the Creative team to establish a briefing and asset production workflow that ensures digital content is produced efficiently, on-brand, and fit for platform.
To be successful, you’ll need
- 4 to 6+ years of experience in digital marketing and performance marketing, with hands‑on ownership of budget, targets, and execution across at least three of the following: paid social, paid search, programmatic advertising/display, mobile, SEO/ASO, or organic social media, ideally within a loyalty, retail, fintech, or consumer brand environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and/or programmatic platforms such as The Trade Desk or DV360), including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical capability: comfortable pulling and interpreting channel data, building performance reports, and making fast, evidence‑based decisions on budget reallocation and creative iteration, using tools such as Google Analytics and mobile measurement partners.
- Experience briefing and directing creative teams with clear, channel‑specific requirements, and comfortable shaping campaign tone and copy direction yourself, reducing back‑and‑forth and ensuring assets are produced right the first time.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles and website content optimization, with the ability to coordinate with Tech and Product teams to execute improvements without requiring engineering support for every change.
- A track record of growing a brand or product's digital presence and performance economics (ROI, CAC) with measurable results, not just managing channels that were already performing.
- Familiarity with the Philippine digital and social media landscape, consumer behavior, and platform preferences is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable working through ambiguity, solving complex problems, and navigating challenges with minimal direction — including in complex, cross‑functional organizational matrixes; structured in your thinking and clear and concise in how you communicate with stakeholders.
- A demonstrated track record of driving process improvements and operationalizing processes.
