Job summary

Data Analytics Ventures, Inc. (DAVI) leads Go Rewards, a loyalty program with a strong retail and travel footprint in the Philippines. The role combines marketing leadership, partnerships, strategy, and program operations to drive growth and revenue across the partner network.

You will build and unify a large cross-functional team, set strategic direction, and ensure high-quality member experiences while collaborating with CTO and PMO leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of senior leadership experience in marketing, commercial strategy, or partnerships.
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams under one unified structure.
• Strong partner relationship management with multi-stakeholder organizations.
• Experience with loyalty program economics and member engagement models.
• Experience operating in a matrixed corporate structure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Go Rewards end-to-end member experience with value proposition, rules, earn/burn, rewards and benefits.
• Deliver measurable member engagement, retention, and growth in active members and partners.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology to deliver world-class products across channels.
• Own brand strategy and market positioning, with brand principles and visual guidelines.
• Ensure campaigns and lifecycle engagements drive positive outcomes for members and partners.
• Set and track targets for Marketing, Partnerships and Business Development; drive revenue.
• Own partner performance reporting with BI in coordination with analytics.
• Drive points conversion, redemption, and participation across the partner network.
• Lead partner ecosystem growth and new revenue opportunities; manage key accounts.
• Lead new business development, negotiations, and business case development.
