Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a Manager, Commercial Strategy and Performance in Metro Manila to lead data-driven initiatives across the Commercial Department. You will manage restaurant master data, monitor CRM and BI databases, and collaborate with Account Management, Sales, Growth, Marketing and Finance to standardise processes and drive performance.

The role requires 4–5 years of data reporting/analysis, strong SQL and BI skills, and excellent communication. English and Filipino are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or related quantitative field.
• 4–5 years in data reporting, analysis and insight generation.
• Proficiency with large datasets, Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of SQL; experience with BI tools is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant master data, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date entries.
• Create and oversee processes to monitor Salesforce and other databases.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to standardise processes across teams.
• Track and report performance with data-driven insights for decisions.
• Identify revenue growth and monetisation opportunities in NCR vendor portfolio.
• Analyse vendor and portfolio performance to find high-impact interventions.
• Build prioritisation frameworks to guide Account Managers.
• Evaluate marketing strategies and campaigns to drive growth and retention.
